Importing Multiple Objects From Adobe Illustrator

Is it possible to create multiple drawing objects in a single Adobe Illustrator CS file and then get them into PowerPoint 2002 in such a way that:
(1) Each object is separate and can be placed on individual PPT slide
(2) Each object can be ungrouped so that elements of each object can be edited in PP

The dream would be able to create a transformation utility that would do this automatically. Any suggestions about who might be contracted for such a project

Thanks in advance

As far as I'm aware that isn't possible. I've tried that
also using CorelDRAW and you have to do each page
separately. The only thing I can see allowing this is if
there is some plug-in that you can get for Powerpoint
which will enable you to insert an Illustrator file
directly into Powerpoint and thus retaining all pages and
as you say placing them on their own pages.

Since you can't insert an illustrator file into Powerpoint

I know how this can be done 95% successful though...

If you save the AI file as a .PCT (Macintosh PICT) then
this will retain each page. You can then insert this
format into PowerPoint. However it places each page onto
the first page and also groups all the objects together,
so you would need to ungroup them and put them onto their
own pages.
