importing mail directly into excel or word ?

I ran an advertisement and put a web url in the ad with a form to complete.
I ended up with a couple of hundred emailed form results in a POP mail box.
Short of downloading them and copying and pasting each field into an excel /
word sheet for a mailshot, is there any way to automatically downloading
them directly from the mailserver or out of Outlook. ( I did leave a copy on
the server so I have them on the server or in Outlook 2003 most of them
unopened.

All depends now on how you ended up formatting the reply email but you are
probably out of luck in doing this easily and in one shot.

Hard lesson here; you should have thought about this in advance. Then you
could for instance have your web form store the results directly in a
database instead of via an email and then needing to figure out how to get
it back into a database again.
