Can Lotus Notes R5 address book be imported into Outlooks
contacts list?

I believe Lotus Notes stores the info in a names.nsf file.

Thanks in advance

What formats can Notes export to?

There were 3 exporting options, I tried all of them but I
don't have the permissions apparently. Our IT people said
they will transfer my address book sometime in the next
few weeks. I also lost my access to Lotus Notes today and
thus lost all my email addresses until the transfer.
Damn.
