Importing hotmail contacts into Outlook 2003

I would like to import my online contacts from hotmail into my Outlook 2003,
i've already set my Outlook to use my hotmail account for handling hotmail.

Is this possible? It's easy to import Outlook contacts into online hotmail.
Does it work the other way around?

The Outlook Connector that is recommended to use with Hotmail comes via
paid MSN services that also allows viewing of your Contacts in Outlook. You
can easily copy Contacts from the Hotmail Contacts folder to another Outlook
Contacts folder.
