Importing from old computer

I have set up my mail account on my new Win Vista . I have read and read and
cannot find out how to get my old contacts and previously read mail and
everything in that old account. On my old computer I had Win XP and Outlook
Express. Thanks in advance for help.

I am having the same issue hard drive crashed now have Vista with
Windowsmail, how do I get the contacts from the outlook folder to Mail?
