Importing Eudora emails

Is the only way to get my Eudora 5.2 files into Outlook
2002 to export from Eudora to an .xls or .txt file, then
import to Outlook 2002? How do I get eh old emails to the
proper folders in Outlook 2002?

Hmmm, I was able to click on IMPORT in Outlook and one of the options let me
import the entire Eudora folder structure.

When I import mail and addresses, many emails are missed
and I have no control over which eudora account I want to
chose. Other ideas?

Eudora accounts are separate from the mail tree so that shouldn't matter.

I'm wondering however if you have more than one Eudora.INI file in your
system?
If so, Outlook may be picking up the wrong one.
