Importing e-mail addresses

I am trying to import email addresses from an Excel 2003 file into Outlook
2003. I have succesfully transfered several files into different folders
under Contacts. One file gives me a problem. The last dialog box has the
"Map Custom Fields" and the "Next >" buttons grayed out and I cannot
proceed. What is the solution to this problem?

Does this particular file have column names in the first row?
