Importing contacts from an Excel workbook

Hello,

I exported my contacts from Entourage 2004 (for Mac) to an Excel
spreadsheet. Outlook 2003 is unable to import the contact data from an Excel
2004/2003 workbook (keeps saying error message about naming fields).
Any help would be appreciated!

It always helps if you post the *exact* text of any error message. Otherwise, we have to guess. In this case, I'd guess that you didn't define a named range in the worksheet. Open it. Select the data you want to import. Choose Insert | Name | Create and create a named range for that data. Save the file. Try the import again.
