Importing Contacts & Accounts - Address Problems

I have the following problems in BCM that I cannot figure out:

1) When importing Contact or Account I cannot figure out how to import a
2nd line to the address. I end up going into each Contact and Account
individually if they have a 2nd address line and typing it in.

2) When I do a mail merge in Word using BCM it does not enter a comma
between the city and the state.

3) When I import to Accounts the company name comes over like it is
entering as last name/first name. Example; General Dynamics Inc. will come
over as Inc, General Dynamics. It does this on most company names but not
all. I have to go into each account and correct it. It only does this
importing Accounts and does not do it when I import the Contacts.

If you can help me with any of these I would appreciate it as I do a lot of
mailings.

What are you importing from? Excel? BCM file? CSV?
