Importing archive file

R

Ricki Miles

I am working in Office 2003. I have an archived calendar for events older
than one year. How can I import those events back into my calendar? When I
try to use the import function, the message tells me that I already have a
pst file running.

Thanks,

Ricki

Don't import. Open the pst in your profile and move them over - either drag
and drop or select all and use the edit, move to menu.

Or just leave them archived and view the archive calendar when you need to
look back at old meetings.
