Importing a Users List

The Computer Management Console provides the possibility to export a Users'
List.
Can such a list be imported in another Server? If yes, how?

Many thanks Pegasus for your prompt reply.
addusers.exe is indeed the solution I was looking for, the problem now is
where could I find it. It is not in the 2003 Resource Kit and I couldn't
find any pointer to its location with Microsoft Search and Google.

I googled for this string
"addusers.exe" download

and got onto this site:

and from there via the "Download Free..." link on the left to this site:
