Importing a CSV file into Outlook BCM

I am having problems getting my contact into the BCM. The wizard is simple
and I have configured everything correctly as far as i can tell. I am trying
to import about 300 contacts at one time. I have looked over my CSV file and
cannot detect any problems. However, after importing I get a BCM_Customer
txt file that lists all the files that were not imported. The majority say:
Unable to create the contact object. What am I missing? Are there certain
required fields to populate?

I don't think there are any required fields.

Can you email me or post the first two lines of your CSV file?

Munge the actual data (names, phone numbers and email addresses) to
avoid privacy problems.
