Importing a Adobe Pagemaker Form

Is there any way to import a form created with Adobe Pagemaker into Access
2000 and place text boxes for names and addresses on it? Right now we
preprint the forms straight from Pagemaker and then make a second pass for
the variable text fields from Access.

Any help appreciated

You can embedd the form as an image on the report's background. I have done
that with scanned images from paper forms and it works just fine.

Thanks. that got me started but now for the details. The forms are created
in Pagemaker and after I scan them, convert them to bmp files ,and import
them it seems a lot of distortion is induced and clarity is lost. In reading
about importing I noticed that I could install other filters for files other
than bmp....and such. How do I do this?

The filters should be part of the Office install CD. Make sure you check
"Run all from My Computer" when installing.
