Imported pictures

I have a large number of computers that I upgraded from Windows 2000 to XP.
On all of these computers I have the same problem. I can import pictures
into Movie Maker and they will display in the timeline at the bottom but when
I try to play it, the display to the right of the screen is blank. On
machines that were not upgrades but came with XP, I am doing the same thing
but the pictures display when you try to play the movie. Could there be
something missing from when I did the upgrade? Thanks.

Might be worth a try to convert the files to a
different format:

File type compatibility with Movie Maker

And...you may have an issue with your video drivers.
If you reduce your Graphics Hardware Acceleration
as per the instructions in the following article and
realize an improvement, it's an indication that you
need to update your video driver:
