Import with access defined primary key from macro

I have an import spec from a .txt file that works fine and have built it into
a macro. I need to ensure that when I run the macro via a button, that the
there is a unique ID against each record. There seems to be no option in the
Transfer Text macro to list that I want access to create a primary key as I
would with a manual import.
