Windows versions?

Was the old machine running IE/OE6?

How did you go about "creating" an Address Book and importing it?

Old PC was running Win98 and OE 5 ... old machine gone ... when in OE5 it
gave me option of exporting address book as WAB which I chose. Now I'm
trying to import into WinXP and OE 6. I don't seem to be able to find a way.
Now I realize my folly. I should have used .csvor someting similar
Imsuppose. Any more thoughts on how I miught be able to import wab into OE
6? Thanks ...

Transfer a copy of the WAB file to the desktop of the WinXP machine >
Right-click on it and remove any Read Only attribute it may have > Open your
WinXP Address Book: File > Import > Address Book (wab) > point the import
wizard to the desktop > ...
