Import Palm address & calender into Outlook

How do I import the Palm address book (.aba) files into
the Outlook contacts and the Palm calender (.dba) files
into Outlook calender. I would also like to set up
Outlook to sync with my Palm m500.

Thanks for any advice.

First, set up a conduit program such as Chapura PocketMirror to sync your
Palm with Outlook. Then sync your Palm with the Palm Desktop software to
make sure it has all the data, and finally, sync the Palm with Outlook.
