Import files from folder (excel files) into access

Hello,

I am trying to import all files, most probably excel files, from a
folder into access.
There are two issues here:

Issue #1 - I have no idea how to use vba to do this and it needs to be
automated. If someone to help me out with this code, its much
appreciated.

Issue #2 - Each file has multiple sheets. Each sheet is imported as a
seperate table. How can I import these files such that, the sheets
included in each can be uniquely identified?
