I installed/upgraded to Office 2003. I don't/can't see the import/export
wizard (or buttons) on the file menu. Help

Do you have the full menu showing? Also, did you install all the components
of OL2003?

I did a complete install and I believe all the menu items are there except
import/export (which I really need if I want to put my archive items back in
the proper folders

Do you see a small arrow at the bottom of the File menu?

Also, you can open your archive PST using the File menu > Open > Outlook
Data File then drag/drop the items from it to your current message store.

You don't use import for that. Just open your PST with File>Open>Outlook
Data File.
