Import/Export in Outlook

Does anyone know why/how the File menu in Outlook 2003 does nor have any
options other than New and Print? I need to import the address book from my
other identity on the same computer. No problem exporting from the other ID,
but can't import, because it's not there. Thanks

It's there if you have installed the importers and exporters from the Office
CD.
But it's not what you need. You would never import or export to transfer
Outlook data. Nor is there an address book in Outlook. Outlook does not use
identities.
Are you sure you're using Outlook?
If so, just open the Outlook data file from the other profile and copy what
you want from it.
