import/export address book

a week ago, by mistake I lost all my emails, folders,
subfolders, accounts, address book etc....

With your help, I could restore the emails, but not the
rest. I can import my address book from yahoo. I went
there, they say export to outlook, save the file in a cvs
format in excel, but after going step by step it doesn't
recognize .cvs. I did the same saving it in .txt. Doesn't
find it. I get a big error message.

So I went to outlook, and tried import. Here they talk
about a .wab file, that I cannot find in excel.
Could you tell me how to do ?
