Import email from Windows Mail to Outlook 2003

Hello,

I'm trying to move email from Vista Windows Mail to fully updated version of
Outlook 2003, cannot seem to find a way to do this. Is there a way to convert
the Windows Mail store into a format that Outlook 2003 will recognise?

Thanks,
Rob

After installing Outlook open WinMail and go to

File | Export | Messages | Microsoft Exchange

On the Vista computer, open Windows Mail.
File - Export - Windows Contacts - CSV (Comma separated Values)
save the file

In Outlook:
File - Import and Export - Import from another program or file - Comma
Separated Values (Windows)
find the file

There isn't an easy way to do this. What operating system is the new PC? You might be able to install Windows Live mail and then import from the Windows Mail in Vista. Then transfer the message store to the new computer and then install WLM there and then import the transferred messages into WLM and then Export from WLM to Outlook, but it may not work for Outlook 2003. If the new PC is using XP, then you could use OE and then export from OE to Outlook also.
