Import Accpac data into MS Access

From what I've read about it is indeed possible, but I haven't been able to find out HOW to exactly do this.. I've created an ODBC Link connection through both programs, but have yet to witness any way of importing the data (tables, fields) from Accpac to Access.

[The link was created in Access by selecting Tools -> Security -> Workgroup Administrator, and then clicking the join button and browsing to the .sdw corresponding to the accpac database.]

Would anyone know how to do this?

I've got MS Access 2003 SP1 and Simply Accounting 9.0A
