Hi there
I'm trying to access an IMAP account. I get the message that Outlook 2003 is
offline.
I get these three error messages:
1. Sending: Completed
Checking for mail in subscribed folders: Error
Checking for mail in Inbox: Error
2. Task'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on *(Account)*.'
reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to download
folder (null) from the IMAP email server for account *(Account)*. Error
Unable to connect to the server.
And the same message for the inbox checking.
3. The IMAP server has issued an unrecognized greeting.
K <11984.1118428092@*(mail server)*>
Protocol: IMAP
Server: *(Mail server)*
Port: 110
It's like Outlook is offline but I've checked all settings and everything
seems to be correctly configured. I'm using a LAN connection via proxy.
Router model Planet ADE-4100. The ISP and the mail providers are not the same
party. I've set the LAN settings to an always online setting with proxy
correctly configured, and configured outlook to use the LAN.
What's the problem????
