IMAP in Outlook??--3rd request

Does ANYONE have any ideas?
======================
Hello all,

I have Outlook 2k and I've just switched to an IMAP server. When I start
Outlook, the folder list has the IMAP account minimized. Is there a way to
have it fully expanded?

Also, on the server under sent items, I have several sub-folders set up for
different purposes. i.e. anything sent to (e-mail address removed) is sent to
folder1. Anything sent to (e-mail address removed) is sent to folder2. Etc.
etc.

I'd like to find a way to have Outlook be able to SEND messages with
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) as the "From Addresses" on
two email accounts within Outlook and I'd like them to drop sent messages
into specific sub-folders under the "Sent Items" folder. This last issue
has a two-part question: 1) how do I create these accounts without having
all the IMAP folders listed twice? 2) how can I post my outgoing messages
ON THE SERVER in the appropriate sub-folders?

TIA!

No.

Fine. Create one account for each. Put one address as the sender for the
first and the other as the sender for the second. When you send a message,
choose which account will send it.

Create two rules that run when you send messages. If sent by the first
account, move the message to the first folder. If sent by the second
account, move it to the second folder.
This last issue has a two-part question: 1) how do I create
these accounts without having all the IMAP folders listed twice?

Create the second account as a POP account and put a dummy POP server as the
incoming server. Exclude this account from the receive part of the
send/receive (not being in front of OL 2000 IMO right now, I can't advise
you on exactly how to do this, since it's been a long time), thus making it
a send-only account. Use the same SMTP server the IMAP account uses.
2) how can I post my outgoing messages ON THE SERVER in the appropriate
sub-folders?

As I said, you can create rules to copy the messages to the appropriate
folders when they're sent.
