imap downloads

i keep gettin a pop up warning/ IMAP Mail currently unavalable/ everytime my
mail downloads to the IMAP folder...which is every 5 minutes...how can i stop
this message appearing?

Try lengthening the server timeout value in the account properties dialogue.
