IMAIL Server Issue

HI,

I am already having the Imail Server installed for my Organization and more
than 500 users are there in this Server. I am facing few problems related to
Imail Server.
Nowadays I am facing problem with security issues. Unknown users sends a
mail and contains virus to our email ids. We are getting lot of Junk virus
Mails whcih the users send and we get the mesage that "Postmaster Virus
Detected". Now a days we get more mails of this kind. Second issue is
related to one mail is getting repeated 5 times sometimes, and some times
the mails are not reaching to the destination. Can anyone guide me what
settings and security I should apply when I am configuring Imail. I dont
want any junk mails or postmaster. Infact it should cleaned and deliver to
my pop3 accounts. Also repeating mails shouldnt come again and again. Can
anyone familiar with Imail.

Or do you know compared to Imail whcih mailserver is best which support
POP3/IMAP/Spam/Virus/Security and all.
