IMAGES ON WINDOWS XP

I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS XP. WHEN I RECEIVE
EMAILS WITH PICTURES, THE IMAGES ARE REPLACED WITH A RED X IN EACH BOX WHERE
PICTURE SHOULD APPEAR. WHAT DOES THIS RED X MEAN? DO I HAVE TO ACTIVATE A
CERTAIN PROGRAM SO THAT THIS IS CORRECTED? THANKS.

If you mean outlook express, you need to uncheck something like the
following(wordings not exact, I'm using Chinese version):
Tools -> Option -> Security -> Download Picture -> Block images or external
content in HTML email

P.S.: Don't use BLOCK LETTER in every words in your post. That makes us
difficult to read it.

HI NATRAT :)

In OE, go to Tools>Options>Security tab
Uncheck the "Block imgages and other external content in HTML e-mail"

Hope this helps :)
