Images Flicker

When I first open an explorer window - for example msn.com - the images will
flicker for 2-3 minutes like they don't want to load completely. Eventually
they stabilize but then on the next window the images will be flickering
again. They also seem to flicker when you run the mouse over top of them.
Any Ideas?

First thing I would do would be to update/reinstall the drivers for your
video card. Go to the manufacturer's web site for your video card to get
the latest drivers and installation instructions.
