image looking like crap

I have acer aspirenone with windows xp home edition and when i open the web
all my images look like carp. every time i place my mouse tip on top of the
image it tells me to to press shift +R. im sick of it i have done a system
restore and everything. is there any way to fix this?

Not if you've really done everything, no.

You need to provide more details to elicit help. What browser? Tried
another? Exactly HOW do images look? *What* tells you to press Shift+R? What
happens when you do that? When did this start and what changes did you make
to your system immediately before that? What anti-virus and anti-malware
protection are you running? etc etc - feel free to overburden us with
information rather than the opposite.

What have you got against carp, anyway?

In general I think web accelerators suck. Some contain spyware. I mean, I
already have highspeed internet through Verizon FIOS and it's plenty fast
enough.
