Image block in email.

Hello !

I have 2 customers who experienced this : all the images are blocked in
theirs emails (in the view pane or when the email is open). Outlook just
display a red cross and hide the images. But if they reply to the email...
the image is there and is displayed.

we work with Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.

I tried :

Patches and SP.
Use or not Microsoft word as editor.
Block or not the Images with the junk filter option
Delete all the cache files$
Recreate the profile
Disable all the Com and Add-ins Modules

Nothing change.

I started Outlook in safe mode and... it was working.

If I send RTF email with images it works too.

What can I try ? is that related to IE ?

It's a security setting--tools, options, security, Change auto download
settings. uncheck "don't download html..etc.

I tried that to. Uncheck or check same thing.
The image appear when I reply to the email.
