Try widening the column to see more digits.

Or use a smaller font???

I don't know about the colors.

The column may be to narrow. At the top of your spread sheet are the column
letters - A B C D E... The is a verticle line seperating each letter.
For the column displaying the ##### double click on the line seperating your
column identifier and the next one to the right. That will automatically
resize your column to fit.

There is an Excel option to show zero values in fields but someone else will
ahve to tell you about that.

What is the number you are trying to input?
Apart from adjusting column widths you could try reducing the font size.

COLORS: Only blue, silver and black are available.
Excel
Click the Microsoft Office Button (upper left corner), and then click
Excel Options at the bottom of the window.
Click Popular, and then click the Color scheme that you want.
