I'm having trouble with POP3 email settings.

I have set up two accounts in Outlook. The settings are the same for both.
When I click send/receive, it goes through the first three steps without
problems, but it asks for a password in order to complete receiving on the
second account. I enter the password, but it just keeps asking me for the
password until I click cancel.
