illegal stream header

User is printing to multiple printers from multiple apps
on XP machine. Printout reads:

PCL XL error
Subsystem: Kernel
Error: IllegalStreamHeader
Operator: 0x0
Position: 0

Has anyone seen this?

I am seeing the same error on a Windows 2000 Pro machine... The user
cancelled a job yesterday, and now gets this error whenever he tries
to print...

Any ideas anyone?
