illegal operation message

received a message after several years using explorer:

"caused a stack fault in module YCOMP5_3_12_0.DLL at
0177:68006f9d."

I've completely removed and reinstalled application, but
get the same consistant message. Help!!

Hi ,

This error is related to yahoo companion.
Requires uninstalling Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and Internet Tools.
As you have already tried that. Uninstall Yahoo Companion.
