Illegal operation error message

I desperately need help. This morning my Internet
Explorer refuses to open up at all. When I try, I get an
illegal operation error message and the details read this
way:
Explorer caused an invalid page fault in
module MSIESH.DLL at 017f:029a4347.

Do I have to uninstall the browser and install it from
disk or can I fix this somehow. As it stands now, I
cannot get online as this is the only browser I have.
Someone, anyone, please help me!!

conie

you have been hijacked . to open ie settings start,
control panal, internet connections, internet, and choose
advanced and uncheck 'allow 3rd party browser extensions'
click apply, and ok. and then ie should open and then
download and update spybot from safer-networking.org and
scan for hijackers and spyware.
