Ilegal operation

Some times when I click a "link" I received the following
report:
"This program has performed an Ilegal
operation and will be shut Down"
When I open details:
"Explorer caused an Invalid page fault
in module Toolbar.DLL at 017f:021df6da"
How I can repair this problem

First eliminate any scumware.
