Hi,
I keep getting this error when attempting to update my video
drivers:

The InstallShield Engine (iKernal.exe) could not be launched.
Access is denied.

How do I fix this?

A quick search on Google for ikernal.exe (I suspected it might be a
virus as it is misspelled... apparently it's not) reveals that this is a
common error with many types of software. One of the 1st pages I came
across noted that disabling their antivirus software during the install
corrected it. It's worth a try anyway.
