Hi Kofa,

Thank you for using MSDN Managed Newsgroup Support.

From your description, my understanding of this issue is: You can not
access the SQL Server through web and you get the HTTP 404 error. If I
misunderstood your concern, please feel free to let me know.

To narrow down this issue, please provide some detail information:

1. Have you installed SPS in the same box?

2. Do you using the default web site for the SQL web access? If you create
a new website and apply it for the SQL Server, does this issue appear?

Please notet it may need dump analysis to troubleshoot the issue.
Therefore, we probably will not be able to resolve the issue through the
newsgroups. If the issue is urgent, I recommend that you open a Support
incident with Microsoft Product Support Services so that a dedicated
Support Professional can assist with this case. If you need any help in
this regard, please let me know.

For a complete list of Microsoft Product Support Services phone numbers,
please go to the following address on the World Wide Web:

http://support.microsoft.com/directory/overview.asp

If you'd still like to continue working via the newsgroup, I want to set
your expectations that the issue might take a long time to narrow down.
During the course of troubleshooting, we may redirect you to PSS if
required. I appreicate your understanding on this.

Sincerely,

Wei Lu
