IIS, SP4 and Terminal Server

Recently performed maintenance on a database server running Terminal Server.
It seems the only outstanding issue after applying SP4 is a specific one
relating to updating IIS. The KB article is here:

Is there a resource I am unaware of where I can obtain this patch without
sitting through 30 minutes of Microsoft tech support services and a
charge/credit to my credit card?
