IIS service

I need help! I've installed the IIS from the control panel.
But it doesn't shown on the Administrative Tool.

I want to configure my server as a FTP server. Understand
I must install the IIS service...thereafter go to start-
programs-administrative tools-IIS... But I can't see the
IIS..

Anyone can help...? I installed and uninstalled the IIS
service, it still the same....

Wrong group. Ask them in inetserver.iis.ftp
