When ever I try to go on some websites it would say the website would be
unavailable, so i tried to go on the webasites on google but the dercriptions
of the websites at google would say "Sorry your browser doesn't support
this site, please update at www.microsoft.com/ie"

I'm using a Windows XP and IE 6 SP2

A re-direct to a non-existent MS URL such as you quote is indicative of
something amiss.
Download and run HijackThis;

Read this Tutorial *before* first use;

Once done > run HijackThis > save a scan log and post it to /any/ of the
