iexplore.exe my problem message

I receive the following message ...................what should I do???

APPLICATION ERROR The instruction at "0x76c941f4" referenced memory at
"0x00000014" The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the
program.

What does this mean. Please help

the problem may be to do with your ram, and virtual memory, please run
"hijackthis" and post the result back here.

Run a scan copy the log and post back here.
Have you done a full antivirus scan with updated definitions, also use
Microsoft anti spyware program,

Did you prior to the application error. download/install any programs/active
X's or explored unusual web sites./change the ram,/ installed any new
hardware.
Please give as much details as possible.
Finally It would be very advisable to copy your important
documents/music/photo files etc. as there might not be a solution but to re
install XP.
