IE9 and Active X filtering

IE9 - Tools - safety - Active x filtering.

If I switch this on, I can't view videos on Youtube.

Is the idea that I switch it on/off depending on my browsing?

Thanks.

That should work.

Or just leave ActiveX on.

Maybe there's a browser or plugin that can selectively filter ActiveX
depending on the site. I have no idea.
