IE6 stuck on http://i-lookup.com/ as home page

IE6 keeps returning to http://i-lookup.com/ as the home
page after I change it to startup with a different home
page. Is there a setting somewhere or registry entry that
this company has set that is forcing IE6 to return to
their URL as the home page?

Your IE6 has been hijacked by a commercial parasite:
http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/ILookup.html

Spybot S&D will remove it. There's a short tutorial and download link here:
http://tomcoyote.org/SPYBOT/

After installing, press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and
install all updates.

Fix everything SpybotSD labels in red.

Reboot, and then test your system. If your problem isn't gone (or if you're
unsure)-

Download 'Hijack This!'. http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Press that, save the log, load it in Notepad, and copy its contents. Most
of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything
yet.

Then go to http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/
where you'll get expert help.

Just Sign in, or post as a guest, and go to the Spyware and
Hijackware Removal section. Press "new topic", explain your problem, and
copy and paste the contents of the Hijack This log into your new message.

Hello:

I'm new to this message thing. But, I am having the same
problem and I am also having a problem with pornagraphic
images on internet pages. Have you received a solution to
this nasty problem? I've saved several pages for home
pages, such as google, and I continue to get the i-
lookup.com stuff along with alarming junk screens. Thank
you for your assistance and I will continue to find what I
can on this.
