ie6 SP1

I'm having several problems with ie6 sp1. If I get a link
to the browser from Outlook 2003, I'm told that the site
doesn't recognize my version of ie and that I need to
upgrade. When I click on the link to upgrade (in the MS
site I believe), I get this message:

msxml3.dll error '80072f76'

The requested header was not found

/library/toolbar/3.0/vb.asp, line 34

When in the MS site, if I go to the ie section, I get the
same message.

I tried to load several ie6 sp1 updates such as q824159
and received a message that I need to have sp1 loaded.

The "About" menu in "Help" definately says I have SP1
loaded.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

Check your version of msxml3.dll against this database. It may be corrupt of
you need to update.
