when using exploer i click on a favorite and the page woont load and
explorere shuts down and i get the oppurtunity to send the message to ms,
same thing happens when accessing the drop down address button and sometimes
when simplt browsing. I use the anti spyware function to clean tracks and
folders and explorer works for a period then begins causing problems again.

Hi,
Start with some cleanup...
Clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete
files (and delete offline content when that dialog pops up) It's often
recommended that the TIF folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.) While
you're there, clear the History.

But, this really sounds like a malware problem (spyware, trojans, hijackers,
parasites)

See if anything here helps:

You might try deleting the Cache and History *folders.*
