IE6 page loading problem

I seem to be experiencing the issue described in Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article - 823386 HTML Pages Only Partially
Appear, HTML Pages Do Not Appear, or the Network Stops
Responding very regularly. I wiped my drive, reloaded
Windows 2000 Pro and IE 6 SP1, I also applied all of the
cumulative sercurity updates and still have the problem.
There is not a hotfix to download. Anyone know what to do?

Hi Gene-

According to the article, unless you want to pay for it you'll have to wait
for IE6 SP2. I would then say uninstall SP1 and run on IE6 and all other
patches until SP2 is released.
