IE6 & MSHTML.DLL

I am running WinME with ie6 Ver 6.0.2800.1106IS
with Updates SP1; Q330994; Q828750
Belarc advisor shows all my hotfixes are OK
But when I try START>>>Windows Update I get the following
message before getting to the "Green Button"
