ie6 keeps shutting down

keep getting c:\DOCUME`1\JEFF\LOCALS`1
\TEMP\wWER14c.tmp.dir00\appcompct.txt reason for shutting
down . this happens about every 5 minutes, what is
goingon. virus scan says no bugs found
